Exhausted and hungry from a busy morning, we went downtown to grab some lunch and take more pictures. We ate at State & A and were serenaded by a pair of Peregrine Falcons on the top of the Granada Building that were chowing down on a misfortunate pigeon.
I didn't like how they changed the front of the Granada Theatre - they got rid of the fountain/planter out from and changed the marquee!
As we were leaving State & A we saw these people rolling this dinosaur down the street so I snapped off a quick one and loved how it looks like it is eating the flag! LOL
Remember Dad's office - 2nd row of arches down and third from the left! I do like the addition of the planters out front!
The new Madame Rozinka's - Dad was telling me that the original one (which I always wanted to live in because I thought it was so cute and interesting - as close the I Dream of Jeannie bottle as I was gonna get) - was blown up when the daughter and daughter's boyfriend hatched a plan to dispatch the good Madame to inherit all her apparent vast quantities of money!!
Joe and Pat, remember you used to love terrorizing me with these by threatening to throw the dried out ones at me in Alameda Park?! They are from the Bunya Bunya tree.
These are the big doors to the public library - I forgot how cool they looked!
